About the role
The Physical Therapist Floater provides independent and accountable care to a complex patient population within the Therapy Central Office. The role supports professional and departmental growth while delivering age‑appropriate therapeutic services. The position requires a Staff Therapist II level of competence, with at least one year of professional experience or completion of facility competencies.
Required profile
- Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy license (AR licensure).
- Minimum of one year professional experience or completion of all required facility competencies for Staff Therapist II.
- Current CPR certification.
- Education: Masters degree in Speech‑Language Pathology, BS or MS from an AOTA‑accredited OT program, or equivalent B.A. in Recreation or related field as applicable.
