About the role
The Physical Therapist Floater provides independent, accountable care to a complex patient population within the Therapy Central Office. This position supports professional and departmental growth while delivering high‑quality therapeutic services.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive physical therapy care to patients with complex needs.
- Demonstrate independence and accountability in daily clinical activities.
Required profile
- Arkansas State Board license for physical therapy.
- Minimum of one year professional experience or completion of required facility competencies.
- Current CPR certification.
