About the role
Physical Therapist Floater provides independent and accountable care to a complex patient population within the Therapy Central Office. The role supports professional and departmental growth while delivering age‑appropriate therapeutic services.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver therapeutic care to a diverse and complex patient population.
- Contribute to professional development and departmental enhancement initiatives.
Required profile
- Active Arkansas State Board license for Physical Therapy.
- Minimum one year of professional experience or completion of required facility competencies for Staff Therapist II.
- Current CPR certification.
