About the role
We are seeking a Physical Therapist Floater to join our Therapy Central Office team. The role involves delivering independent, accountable care to a complex patient population during a full‑time day shift (8 am‑5 pm) with 80 hours authorized bi‑weekly. The position supports professional and departmental growth while providing flexible coverage across various therapy areas.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver independent, accountable physical therapy care to a complex patient population.
- Participate in initiatives that promote professional development and departmental growth.
Required profile
- Active Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy license (AR licensure).
- Minimum of one year professional experience or completion of all required facility competencies for a Staff Therapist II.
- Current CPR certification.
- Demonstrated ability to provide age‑appropriate care for diverse patient groups.
