About the role

The Physical Therapist Floater provides independent, accountable care for a complex patient population while supporting professional and departmental growth.

Key responsibilities

Deliver therapeutic care to patients of varying ages and conditions.
Maintain independence and accountability in daily clinical decisions.

Required profile

At least one year of professional experience or completion of facility competencies for a Staff Therapist II.
Arkansas State Board license and current CPR certification.
