Physical Therapist – Benton/Bryant

About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join the UAMS Health team at the Benton/Bryant facility. The role involves delivering high‑quality rehabilitative care to patients in an outpatient and inpatient setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions such as exercise, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Required profile

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Arkansas.
• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Ability to work on-site in a clinical environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
