About the role
The Physical Therapist Assistant I provides independent and accountable care for a complex patient population. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, the role supports patients of all ages and contributes to professional and departmental growth.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver appropriate patient care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
- Demonstrate independence and accountability when managing complex cases.
Required profile
- Valid Arkansas licensure.
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
- CPR certification (can be obtained after hire).
