About the role
We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant I to provide independent, accountable care for a complex patient population. The role supports professional and departmental growth and enhancement, and requires completion of all facility competencies. The assistant will deliver appropriate care under the direction of a Physical Therapist to patients of all ages. Work hours are Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM with flexibility in the schedule.
Required profile
- Valid Arkansas licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
- Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
