Photo & Video Producer

About the role

The Photo & Video Producer will lead the end‑to‑end creation of visual content for Saks Global’s luxury brands. Working across multiple channels—including e‑commerce, editorial, social and paid media—you will ensure high‑quality photo and video assets that reflect the brand’s seasonal creative direction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor production schedules for photo and video projects, ensuring timely delivery of all creative assets.
• Manage full‑shoot logistics, from budgeting and talent sourcing (models, stylists, photographers, directors) to location scouting and prop procurement.
• Oversee video production, collaborating on shot lists, storyboards and supervising post‑production editing, motion graphics and vendor approvals.
• Negotiate with external suppliers, maintain monthly budget sheets and ensure expenses stay within allocated allowances.
• Identify and nurture relationships with emerging creative talent aligned with Saks Global’s brand aesthetics.
• Handle project scoping, quoting, cost tracking, invoicing and billing for the department.
• Prepare presentation materials for concept proposals, including talent, locations and treatment decks for multi‑channel campaigns.
• Coordinate closely with the Director of Photo Production and the Photo Art Direction team, and partner with outside production companies when needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing photo and video production for luxury or fashion brands.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities with a focus on budget control.
• Excellent communication skills to convey creative direction to internal studios and external partners.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with creative, merchandising and marketing teams.
