About the role
CVS Health is seeking compassionate Pharmacy Technicians to join our retail locations. In this role you will support pharmacists in delivering safe, accurate, and caring medication services to millions of customers daily.
Key responsibilities
- Operate pharmacy workstations to accurately fill and dispense prescriptions.
- Verify patient information, medication dosages, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold ethical standards at all times.
- Assist customers with prescription inquiries and provide courteous service.
- Complete required training, licensing, and certification as directed by management.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Willingness to complete CVS’s extensive Pharmacy Technician Training Program.
- Compliance with state Board of Pharmacy registration, licensing, and certification requirements.
