Key responsibilities

• Maintain safe inventory practices, with special attention to cold‑chain products.
• Resolve patient insurance and medication issues, promoting a positive patient experience.
• Drive awareness of new programs and onboard newly hired team members.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory pharmacy standards.
• Excellent communication and empathy toward patients and staff.
• Ability to manage inventory and ensure compliance with safety guardrails.
