Pharmacist Subject Matter Expert – Remote Contractor

About the role

We are seeking a remote, hourly Pharmacist Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support AI data services. In this contractor position you will review AI‑generated medication content, create gold‑standard pharmacy responses, and provide detailed feedback to improve model safety and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed prompts and reference pharmacy responses covering therapeutics, drug information, counseling, and medication safety.
• Evaluate, rank, and compare AI‑generated answers for clinical correctness, clarity, and contextual relevance.
• Identify and flag inaccuracies, unsafe recommendations, bias, and missing contraindications.
• Fact‑check drug information, dosing logic, interactions, monitoring requirements, and patient counseling points.
• Write clear explanations and model solutions that demonstrate proper clinical reasoning.

Required profile

• PharmD or BPharm/MPharm with active pharmacist licensure (or eligibility).
• Minimum 5 years of professional pharmacy practice in any setting (community, hospital, ambulatory, etc.).
• Strong grounding in pharmacology, therapeutics, medication safety, and guideline‑based therapy.
• Excellent attention to detail for fact‑checking drug content and ensuring patient safety.
• Proficient English (minimum C1 level).
