About the role

Join Ultimate Performance’s Washington D.C. team as a Personal Trainer. You will work with clients who expect science‑backed, results‑driven training and nutrition guidance using the proprietary UP Method.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one personal training sessions that follow the UP Method.
• Assess client fitness levels, set measurable goals, and track progress.
• Provide tailored nutrition advice that complements training programs.
• Maintain a professional, motivating environment during early‑morning and late‑evening sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training, mentoring and development activities.

Required profile

• Valid right to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
• Some experience in personal training or fitness coaching.
• Strong passion for transforming lives and delivering measurable results.
• Growth mindset and willingness to commit to a demanding, results‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Experience delivering personal training sessions.
