Personal Lines Account Manager

About the role

The Personal Lines Account Manager will join a long‑standing independent insurance agency in Mason, Michigan. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on servicing existing personal‑lines clients, handling quotes, endorsements, payments and day‑to‑day inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Process policy endorsements, changes, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
• Quote new personal‑lines policies and re‑quote existing accounts across multiple carriers.
• Accept and process client payments while maintaining precise documentation.
• Answer inbound client calls, support front‑office coverage, and assist walk‑in inquiries.
• Maintain daily operations in the Applied Epic system, ensuring accurate account records.

Required profile

• Active Michigan Property and Casualty license.
• Experience servicing personal lines, preferably two or more years.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week in Mason, MI.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to client retention.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applied Epic insurance software.

What we offer

• Base salary ranging from $55,000 to $65,000, with potential for higher compensation for highly experienced candidates.
