Personal Injury Paralegal

About the role

Berry Law is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to provide comprehensive support to attorneys handling active personal injury cases. The role demands strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial client consultations, gather information, and organize evidence such as medical records, police reports, and witness statements.
• Assist in drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, settlement demand packages, and trial notebooks.
• Communicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other parties involved in each case.
• Track deadlines, maintain up‑to‑date case files, and ensure all paperwork is filed accurately and on time.
• Provide calendar management, scheduling, and case coordination support to attorneys.
• Mentor and train Legal Assistants on administrative tasks and firm procedures.

Required profile

• 3+ years of paralegal or legal support experience, preferably in personal injury.
• Paralegal certification preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of the legal process and strong understanding of the legal industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using legal case‑management software.
