Personal Care Aide (PCA) – Caregiver

About the role

As a Personal Care Aide (PCA) you will provide compassionate, in‑home support to clients who need assistance with daily activities. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
• Support mobility, transfers, and other daily living activities.
• Prepare meals, help with feeding, and manage light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and encourage social engagement.
• Run errands, shop for groceries, and transport clients to appointments when needed.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for each client.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience caring for elderly or disabled individuals (professional or personal) is a plus.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and assist clients up to 50 lb.
