Permit Coordinator

About the role

Stimulus Technologies is seeking a Permit Coordinator to keep fiber deployment projects on schedule across rural Missouri. You will manage the day‑to‑day permitting process, from preparing applications to tracking approvals, ensuring that BEAD‑funded builds move forward without delay.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document permitting requirements for each project.
• Support the Permitting Manager in building relationships with permitting agencies.
• Create and maintain permitting schedules, trackers, and constructability maps.
• Prepare, review, and submit permitting packages and supporting documentation.
• Communicate regularly with agencies to obtain status updates and projected approval dates.
• Coordinate with field teams and engineering firms to collect missing information.
• Flag rejections, document root causes, and provide status reports to the Permitting Manager.

Required profile

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to work under direction and follow established processes.
• Interest in building a career in telecom or utility permitting.
• Strong written communication skills for agency interaction.
