Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Netflix is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive global membership growth through paid social channels. You will own campaign execution, optimize performance, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own, execute, and continuously optimize paid social campaigns across major platforms.
• Deliver revenue, growth, and ROAS targets across key markets to support membership goals.
• Lead end‑to‑end campaign delivery, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage regional stakeholder relationships and ensure best‑in‑class partnerships.
• Partner with Brand, Product Marketing, Consumer Insights, and Country Marketers to provide compliant, high‑quality creative.
• Collaborate with growth, finance, and data teams to unlock new channels and scale activities.
• Translate test results into clear, visual executive memos and decks.
• Streamline ad operations, working with platform reps to set up, QA, and launch ads.

Required profile

• 4+ years of customer acquisition experience in entertainment or fast‑paced subscription businesses.
• Proven track record managing paid social performance campaigns and balancing effort versus return.
• Experience testing and scaling new performance channels for incremental reach.
• Comfortable building campaigns in Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads Manager tools.
• Deep understanding of user‑acquisition algorithms, incremental KPIs, and marketing technology such as conversion APIs and mobile measurement partners.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
