About the role

Join NeurAbilities Healthcare as a Per Diem Behavior Technician (BHT) in Allentown, PA. You will work directly with children and adolescents in clinic, home, or school settings, applying Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) under the guidance of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑to‑one ABA services to clients in various settings.
• Follow appointment‑based, per‑diem schedules and manage cancellations.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and independent living skills.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary treatment teams.
• Implement treatment plans and educate others about ABA interventions.
• Collect and maintain accurate data and manage client program materials.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: at least 6 months experience working with children or adolescents with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation for travel to multiple service locations.
