People Experience Partner

About the role

The People Experience Partner designs, delivers, and continuously improves programs that shape the employee experience across the full lifecycle. Working closely with the Head of People & HR and HR Business Partners, this role leads the employee listening strategy and translates insights into actionable plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end administration of the annual employee engagement survey, including timeline management, communications partnership, and response‑rate tracking.
• Analyze survey data to surface themes, trends, and root causes, and present clear, actionable insights to leaders.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and the Head of People & HR to develop, track, and measure action plans that address survey findings.
• Create dashboards, scorecards, and reports that make engagement data accessible for decision‑making.
• Benchmark results against industry standards and recommend focus areas for improvement.
• Coordinate pulse surveys, focus groups, and other listening mechanisms throughout the year.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to design and own the onboarding experience for new hires.
• Develop program frameworks and data tools that enable HRBPs and managers to enhance team and employee experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR program management or employee experience roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategic actions.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments and driving people‑first initiatives.
• Excellent partnership skills, able to influence and collaborate with HR leaders and business stakeholders.
• Effective communication and storytelling abilities to convey insights to diverse audiences.
