About the role
Kelly is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Therapist to join an outpatient clinic in Eagan, MN. You will provide individualized, one‑to‑one therapy for children, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal communication outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver personalized assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for speech and language disorders in children.
- Co‑treat with physical, occupational, and other speech therapists to enhance patient progress.
- Maintain accurate clinical records, ensure proper billing, and document each session thoroughly.
- Promote a safe, supportive environment and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or a related field.
- Current or pending Minnesota State Certification in Speech‑Language Pathology (ASL/SLP).
- At least 2 years of experience working with children who have speech disorders (preferred).
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast‑paced setting.
