Pediatric LPN – Weekday Evenings

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) passionate about pediatric home care to join its Skilled Private Duty Nursing team in West Columbia. This position focuses on providing one‑to‑one, compassionate care to children during weekday evenings.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to a client’s home near you on a schedule you help create.
• Follow up on, execute, and properly document physicians’ orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor the child’s condition.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately.

Required profile

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma required).
• Current LPN license in good standing in the state.
