Pediatric Home Health Aide / CNA – Second Shift

About the role

BAYADA Pediatrics is seeking a Second Shift Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in‑home care for pediatric clients in the Erie, PA area. The position is full‑time, Monday‑Friday, and focuses on supporting children’s daily living activities while ensuring a safe, compassionate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Provide light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
• Support mobility with transfers, ambulation, and use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Perform range‑of‑motion exercises, oral feeding, and vital sign checks.
• Assist with medication administration and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of work experience in home health or related care.
• Certificate of at least 75 hours of CNA training.
• Current CNA license in good standing with the state board.

Required skills

• Ability to perform basic nursing tasks and monitor vital signs.
• Competence in safe patient handling and use of lifting equipment.
