Payroll Tax Analyst

About the role
The Payroll Tax Analyst ensures accurate payroll tax compliance and reporting for Bosch in the United States. You will support statutory filings, tax remittances, and resolve tax‑related payroll issues while collaborating with internal teams and participating in audits.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, reconcile, and file monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll tax returns for federal, state, and local agencies.
- Reconcile W‑2 forms, issue corrections (W‑2c), and post annual tax statements for employees, including those on international assignments.
- Research and respond to payroll tax variances, notices, and audit inquiries.
- Maintain up‑to‑date tax jurisdiction data in the on‑premise payroll system.
- Provide specialist support for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, taxation or a high school diploma.
- 2+ years of multi‑state payroll tax experience.
- 3+ years of data analysis, forecasting, and reconciliation experience.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll tax regulations and compliance.
- Experience with full‑cycle multi‑state payroll processing and general ledger entries.
