Payroll Manager – HCM (On‑site, AZ/GA)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to lead our HCM payroll specialist team. The role is based on‑site in either our Chandler, AZ or Duluth, GA office and focuses on delivering high‑quality payroll support to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Drive client retention and loyalty by ensuring the team engages strategically with clients and meets success metrics.
• Monitor and improve team performance indicators such as ticket closure, CSAT, SLA pass rate, and phone metrics.
• Prepare clients for critical HCM milestones, including quarter‑end and year‑end payroll processes.
• Promote product adoption and client engagement in partnership with the Client Relations team.
• Act as escalation point, conduct root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Onboard new hires and manage performance to meet team expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a payroll or HCM support team.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities accurately.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication and relationship‑building abilities with both clients and internal stakeholders.
