Patient Services Salesforce Technical Senior Consultant

About the role

The Deloitte Sales & Service team is seeking a Senior Consultant to help Life Sciences clients improve patient engagement and streamline service operations using Salesforce solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior architects and delivery teams in translating business requirements into Salesforce designs for patient enrollment, hub services, case management, benefits investigation, and support workflows.
• Gather and document technical requirements, develop solution designs, and contribute to recommendations for Salesforce Health Cloud/Life Sciences Cloud implementations.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and delivery stakeholders to align solutions with patient services objectives and operating model needs.

Required profile

• 5+ years consulting or client‑facing experience.
• At least 2 full life‑cycle Salesforce implementations.
• 2+ years experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud in a patient services environment.
• Experience supporting solution design in data structures, integration, security, or platform configuration.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; ability to travel up to 50%.

What we offer

• Salary range $130,000 – $200,000 per year
