The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a Patient Services Associate to join the BHSL Women’s Inpatient Unit. This full‑time, night‑shift position supports patient care operations within a clinical nursing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist patients and families on the BHSL Women’s Inpatient Unit during night hours.
• Coordinate admission, discharge, and transfer processes in collaboration with nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
• Provide timely information and support to patients, visitors, and interdisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• Legal authorization to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
• Ability to work night‑shift schedule.
