Patient Representative – Northwest Arkansas

About the role

The Patient Representative provides direct support to patients and their families in the Northwest Arkansas region, acting as a key liaison between patients and the clinical team. This onsite position ensures patients receive accurate information, assistance with appointments, and a positive experience throughout their care journey.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Assist patients with scheduling, referrals, and navigating hospital services.
• Provide clear information about medical procedures, policies, and available resources.
• Coordinate communication between patients, clinicians, and support staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with privacy regulations.
• Promote patient satisfaction by delivering courteous and timely service.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in health or related fields is a plus.
• Prior experience in patient services, customer service, or a clinical support role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
