Patient Representative (Northwest, AR)

About the role

The Patient Representative position is classified as Clinical Staff – Nursing and is a regular, onsite role at the Northwest location of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS). The role supports patients and works closely with the clinical team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist patients with inquiries and provide information about services.
• Coordinate with nursing and other clinical staff to ensure smooth patient experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions as required by UAMS policies.
