Part‑Time Teller – Cherry Hill

About the role

Join Santander’s Cherry Hill branch as a part‑time teller and provide front‑line banking services to customers. You will be the first point of contact, helping clients with everyday transactions while delivering a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, minimize wait times and assist with banking needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Adhere to bank policies, compliance and risk‑management procedures to prevent fraud.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and refer appropriate product solutions.
• Educate customers on digital self‑service tools.
• Support custodial duties, audits and other operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist nearby branches when required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months cash‑handling experience.
• Minimum 6 months demonstrated customer‑service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work flexible branch hours, including evenings and weekends.
