Part‑Time Store Supervisor – Retail

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Store Supervisor to join the team at its Levi’s® retail location in Atlanta’s Lenox Square. The supervisor will work closely with store management to drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies, monitor performance metrics and contribute to revenue growth.
• Coach, mentor and support associate teams to achieve individual and store goals.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory handling, visual merchandising and loss prevention.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Adhere to all Levi’s® store policies, procedures and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Reliability – own transportation and ability to work flexible retail hours.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
