Part‑Time Store Supervisor

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Store Supervisor to join the Roseville location. You will work closely with the store management team to drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to grow revenue.
• Coach and mentor store associates, providing guidance and support.
• Manage daily store operations, maintaining high standards of efficiency and presentation.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and a welcoming shopping environment.
• Uphold all Levi’s policies, procedures, and programs.

Required profile

• Strong people skills with the ability to support, assist, and coach team members.
• Consistently meets or exceeds individual and store sales goals.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 +.
• Commitment to following store directives and company policies.
