Part‑Time Sales Stylist – Mall of America, Bloomington

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Sales Stylist to join the team at the Mall of America store in Bloomington, Minnesota. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover Levi’s, Dockers, and Beyond Yoga products while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting apparel that reflects current trends and personal style.
• Promote the Red Tab Loyalty program and drive omni‑channel engagement.
• Handle cash, process shipments, manage floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy.
• Maintain store standards, follow visual merchandising guidelines, and support store operations.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends.
• Positive attitude, strong empathy for customers and teammates.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.
