Part‑Time Sales Associate – Chicago Premium Outlets

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a motivated Part‑Time Sales Associate to join the team at Chicago Premium Outlets in Aurora, IL. You will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional service and helping customers discover Levi’s products.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Levi’s history, heritage, and product line.
• Provide outstanding customer service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult, Close.
• Achieve daily individual and store sales targets.
• Follow cash‑handling, security, safety, and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Assist stock associates with merchandise replenishment, security tagging, and pricing.
• Maintain visual standards and store appearance.
• Execute rapid floor refill using RFID‑enabled inventory processes.
• Utilize basic iOS devices for sales and inventory tasks.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, squat, bend for extended periods.
• Minimum 1 year of customer‑service experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Attributes: structured, organized, methodical, consistent, adaptable.

Required skills

• Familiarity with iOS devices and basic troubleshooting.
• Understanding of RFID‑enabled inventory systems.
• Ability to read and follow technical training manuals.
