Part‑Time Retail Supervisor – Cherry Hill

About the role

Levi’s® is looking for a part‑time supervisor to lead the Cherry Hill store team. You will create an energetic store environment, engage customers, and ensure high service standards while supporting the store’s financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a compelling store experience by modeling service behaviors and coaching associates.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly in line with company policy.
• Train new hires and existing staff on brand culture, product knowledge, loss‑prevention, and store procedures.
• Partner with the Store Manager to set expectations, provide performance feedback, and drive employee engagement.
• Handle cash, process shipments, manage floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment while maintaining compliance.
• Supervise the team in the absence of other managers and help meet daily sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven retail leadership experience with a track record of supervising, coaching, and training.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Cash handling and POS system operation.
