About the role

Levi’s® Outlet at Chicago Premium Outlets is looking for a part‑time supervisor to join the store management team in Aurora, IL. The role focuses on delivering a high‑energy shopping experience, coaching associates, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers, model service standards and coach team members on sales techniques.
• Resolve consumer concerns promptly in line with company policy.
• Train new hires and existing staff on Levi’s culture, product knowledge, loss‑prevention and store procedures.
• Partner with the Store Manager to set performance expectations, provide feedback and drive talent retention.
• Handle cash, process shipments, manage floor sets, markdowns and replenishment while maintaining compliance.
• Support store business strategies to meet or exceed daily sales and performance goals.
• Supervise the team in the absence of other managers.
