Part‑Time Retail Stylist – Twin Cities Premium Outlets

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Stylist to join the team at Twin Cities Premium Outlets in Eagan, MN. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will create a welcoming, fashion‑forward experience for every customer while supporting store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers by recommending outfits that reflect current trends, promotions, and Levi’s brand heritage.
• Promote the Red Tab Loyalty program and drive omni‑channel engagement.
• Handle cash, process shipments, execute floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment tasks.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy and collaborate with management on escalated issues.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure compliance with store policies.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and awareness of current style trends.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, kneel, and climb ladders as needed.
• Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.
