About the role

As a Customer Service Associate at Lowe's, you will greet shoppers, help them locate products, and provide guidance on home‑improvement solutions. This part‑time position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and assisting them with a wide range of merchandise.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, answer questions, and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist shoppers in locating and handling merchandise across various departments.
• Restock shelves by identifying empty spaces and replenishing inventory.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure timely receipt of merchandise.
• Prepare department‑specific items such as painted samples, cut pipe, or bundled wood.
• Guide customers through the checkout process.
• Cross‑train in other store areas to enhance overall service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum six months experience using a computer and basic retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Capability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lb unassisted (or more with accommodation).
