About the role

The School of Nursing at Northeastern University is hiring part‑time faculty to teach theoretical and skills‑lab courses in several nursing areas. The role involves delivering lectures, preparing course materials, and evaluating student performance.

Key responsibilities

Prepare lectures, course materials, and examinations.
Evaluate student performance in the course.
Hold office hours as appropriate.
Collaborate with lead faculty for the course.
Teach didactic and/or skills laboratory courses in assigned subject areas.

Required profile

Master’s Degree in Nursing.
Minimum two years of relevant professional nursing experience within the last five years.
Current Massachusetts RN license.
Competence appropriate to teaching responsibilities.
Previous teaching experience is highly desirable.
