Part‑Time Key Holder – Retail Store

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a part‑time Key Holder to join the Mainline Store in Cerritos, CA. You will be the face of the brand, delivering an authentic Levi’s experience while supporting store operations and sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, suggest outfits, and promote the Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy and partner with management on escalated issues.
• Assist in training and coaching staff on LS&CO selling practices and customer service standards.
• Handle cash, process shipments, set the sales floor, manage markdowns and replenishment.
• Adopt new in‑store technologies to improve the consumer experience and operational efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with all store policies, procedures, and performance goals.

Required profile

• Fashion‑savvy with a strong interest in current trends.
• Enjoys a fast‑paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks.

• Self‑starter with a growth mindset, eager to learn new tools.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 lb and perform all essential job functions.
