Part‑Time Guest Services Host – Premium Experience

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Guest Services Host to join our Premium Experience team in Phoenix. In this part‑time position you will be the first point of contact for premium ticket holders, ensuring every interaction creates a lasting positive memory.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to suites, clubs, or premium seats, verifying credentials and scanning tickets.
• Provide personalized assistance, answer questions, and resolve guest requests or escalated issues during events.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the venue, communicating constantly with premium guests.
• Inspect work areas for safety hazards, enforce security policies, and respond to medical or emergency situations.
• Operate radio and handheld devices to coordinate with venue staff and security.
• Collaborate with the Premium Experience team to fulfill contract details and deliver superior service.
