Part‑time Groundskeeper – Prose Hardy Yards

About the role

Greystar is seeking a reliable part‑time Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance and safety of the Prose Hardy Yards community in Houston. You will work closely with the service team to ensure common areas, amenities, and vacant units are clean, orderly, and ready for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day, removing litter, debris, and pet droppings to keep all common areas tidy.
• Clear trash and unwanted items from vacant apartments, transport waste to dumpsters or storage areas, and keep storage spaces clean.
• Perform minor and routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Assist the make‑ready specialist during unit turnover, including basic lock changes and preparation tasks.
• Support the service team with any additional grounds‑keeping duties as needed.

Required profile

• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high curb‑appeal standards.
• Reliability, punctuality, and ability to follow written instructions.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures related to trash handling and lock changes.
