Join the Homewood Suites team in Dover, NH as a Part‑Time Front Desk Attendant. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm and professional experience while handling check‑ins, check‑outs, and inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and manage all front‑desk interactions.
• Process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring accurate payment and documentation.
• Answer telephone calls promptly and assist with guest requests.
• Follow hotel procedures for posting charges, settling accounts, and handling special requests.
• Resolve guest issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Adhere to emergency protocols and hotel policies.
• Maintain punctuality and reliability for scheduled shifts.
