About the role

Join Pandora’s store at Tanger Outlets Savannah as a Part‑Time Flexible Sales Associate. You will work during peak periods to provide an exceptional jewellery shopping experience and support store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver world‑class customer service and exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Engage customers with product knowledge, inspire styling, and build lasting brand loyalty.
• Maintain merchandising standards and ensure the store is tidy, organized, and on‑brand.
• Assist with inventory handling, including lifting items over 50 lb and restocking shelves.
• Adapt to a variable schedule, covering evenings, weekends, holidays and other high‑traffic times.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and work eligibility in the United States.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a genuine passion for the Pandora brand.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working a flexible schedule that may include periods with few or no hours.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50 lb or more.
