About the role
The Department of Life, Earth & Environmental Sciences at West Texas A&M University is seeking qualified candidates for part‑time biology teaching appointments. You will be responsible for delivering up to four sections of biology courses and supporting student learning through office hours.
Key responsibilities
- Teach up to four biology course sections as needed.
- Hold regular office hours to assist and mentor students.
- Prepare course materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Maintain classroom and laboratory safety standards.
Required profile
- Master's degree in Biology or a closely related discipline.
- At least 18 graduate credit hours in biological sciences.
- Availability to teach on‑campus in Canyon, Texas.
