Parts Repair Technician (1st Shift)

About the role

The Parts Repair Technician works the first shift to troubleshoot, diagnose, test, and repair electronic assemblies and components, ensuring they meet quality and customer specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electronic circuits, assemblies, and products using schematics and test equipment.
• Perform functional testing, document repair activities, and maintain accurate records in SAP ERP systems.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to resolve technical issues and support customer repair needs.
• Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and ensure safety and quality compliance.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb, stand, bend, and walk in a warehouse environment.
• Visual acuity for inspecting electronic assemblies and ability to work safely in a repair center.

Required skills

• Reading and interpreting technical blueprints, circuit diagrams, and wiring diagrams.
• Use of electronic test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and soldering tools.
• Experience with SAP ERP (RMS) for documenting repairs.
• Problem‑solving and adaptability in a fast‑paced repair environment.
