Partnerships and GTM Lead

About the role

Casper Studios is seeking a senior professional to bridge business development, enterprise sales, and operational execution. Reporting directly to the CEO/COO, you will help scale the company by turning early sales conversations into concrete proposals and closing complex deals.

Key responsibilities

• Close complex, consultative customer deals alongside the leadership team.
• Develop and deepen partnerships with private‑equity funds, AI model providers, and strategic customers.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Translate early sales calls into detailed proposals, scopes, follow‑ups, and clear next steps.
• Map stakeholders across large organizations and maintain momentum throughout long‑cycle sales processes.
• Coordinate internally across leadership, delivery, product, engineering, and operations.
• Help shape partner, account, and expansion strategies.
• Build repeatable systems for qualification, scoping, proposing, closing, and expansion.
• Eventually recruit, manage, and lead a team to execute the same functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise sales, business development, consulting, partnerships, or commercial operations.
• Comfort selling or scoping complex, consultative services rather than packaged software.
• Strong executive presence and ability to hold high‑context conversations with senior leaders, investors, and partners.
• Excellent written communication for proposals, follow‑ups, and internal briefs.
• High commercial judgment, ability to turn ambiguous discussions into concrete actions.
• Self‑starter with high ownership and ability to operate without detailed direction.
• Low ego, intellectual honesty, and genuine kindness.
