Part-Time Store Supervisor

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Store Supervisor to join the Park City location. You will work closely with the store management team to drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue goals.
• Coach and mentor associates, providing guidance and feedback.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory, visual standards, and safety compliance.
• Maintain a welcoming environment that reflects Levi’s brand values.
• Handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lb, moving merchandise, and using ladders.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for fashion and brand heritage.
• Ability to follow company policies and store directives.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance targets.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 or older.
