Key Holder – Retail Associate

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a motivated Key Holder for its Junction Commons store in Park City, Utah. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help create an engaging shopping experience by supporting sales, merchandising, and daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Model and coach excellent customer service and sales techniques.
• Assist with visual merchandising, product placement, and inventory replenishment.
• Support store leadership in achieving sales targets and operational excellence.
• Train and mentor team members on Levi’s selling practices.
• Maintain store standards, safety, and compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Consistently meets or exceeds individual and store performance goals.
• Demonstrates empathy, integrity, and a proactive, customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills required; strong interpersonal and retail abilities are essential.
