Part-Time Shift Leader

About the role

A Taco Bell franchisee in Syracuse, NY is hiring a part-time Shift Leader for its restaurant. The franchisee is the only employer, and its wage and benefit programs vary from franchise to franchise. The Shift Leader supports the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts in a self-sufficient way, taking ownership of problems, seeking help when needed and helping and guiding others.

Key responsibilities

• Support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner
• Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems
• Seek help from others when appropriate
• Provide help and guidance to others

Required profile

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment, including profit and loss responsibility
• At least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for 80% of shift time
• Reliable transportation
• Background checks are run on all management employees
